MEDITATION LOUNGE

Meditation is a practice of concentrated focus. Whether that focus be on breath, sound, visualization, attention, a movement, or our very own attention to be more aware of the present. This practice allows our mind and body the chance to relax, destress, and grow spiritually and personally. Fingerboarding and skateboarding have been a huge part of me being able to calm myself down. In that thought, I have exhausted my designing skills placing each brick perfectly for a certain sound that will calm and relax you. Oh, and you won't have to worry about any crumbs or rough spots with this new texture. So, grab a camera or phone, sit back, and meditate BBCO style.
